This morning you will be collected from the hotel for a visit up Table Mountain (weather permitting) and a Cape Peninsula tour.
Depart the city up towards Table Mountain and catch the 360-degree view Cable Car from the Cableway Station. This quick ride to the top of the mountain affords beautiful views over the city & ocean (Weather permitting)
The Cape Peninsula Tour includes a visit to the Cape of Good Hope, Boulders Beach and its colony of African Penguins. At Cape Point, the Flying Dutchman funicular takes visitors up to the lighthouse, where there is an outstanding view of the point and ocean.
At Boulders Beach in Simon’s Town immense boulders shelter the cove from currents and large waves. It is a rare pleasure to swim with the penguins but don’t touch or feed them. They might look cute and cuddly but if they feel threatened they have no qualms about nipping at you.
Stop for lunch at Two Oceans Restaurant which is situated in the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Cape Point. Seafood is the specialty at the Two Oceans Restaurant and you can also enjoy some of South Africa’s magnificent wines. The restaurant enjoys stunning views and has recently been renovates, it also has an extensive outdoor deck.
