Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and after clearing with Immigration and Customs formalities, proceed to the International arrivals area where you will be warmly met by a representative of Berleen Safaris and you will be transferred to Villa Rosa Kempinski.

Nairobi is Kenya’s capital city. In addition to its urban core, the city has Nairobi National Park, a large game reserve which is home to giraffe, zebra lion and many others. Next to it is a well-regarded elephant orphanage operated by the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Nairobi is also often used as a jumping-off point for safari trips elsewhere in Kenya or East Africa.
Spend the rest of the evening at leisure. Dinner will be on own arrangement.
Breakfast will be served at your hotel. Today we depart early in order to get to Samburu game reserve in time for lunch, check in followed by lunch.
Ashnil Samburu Camp is a luxury tented set in the spectacular backdrop drop of the Mighty Ol Olokwe Mountain fronting Ewaso Nyiro River. The 30 exclusive luxury Tents are spread out along the shady banks of the river under a thick stand of doum Palms. It features an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun lounges, a garden and a Lounge bar offering views of the African savannah. Each tent features a decked Terrance with views of the Ewaso Nyiro River. The restaurant offers views of the river and serves a variety of menus comprising of Oriental, traditional and international cuisines. A range of activities are available on request and comprise of game drives, nature Walks and a cultural visit to the samburu village, bush meals like bush lunch/dinner and sundowners
After lunch you will embark on your first game drive in the reserve. Search for rare game only found north of the equator, such as the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk and Somali ostrich. Samburu lies in the vast, hot and arid Northern Kenya and is adjacent to Buffalo Springs and Shaba National Reserves.
Return in the evening to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Spend the day game viewing in Samburu with both morning and afternoon game drive. All meals will be served at the camp.
The Ewaso Nyiro River is the lifeline for the people and animals in the area and crocodile share the banks with elephant, lion, buffalo and even the elusive leopard. The Samburu tribe, just like the Maasai, has retained their traditional way of life and still practices their ancient customs.
Evening return to your camp for overnight
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Visit to a Samburu Manyatta to see how the tribe lives in this harsh surrounding.

After breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru National Park with a brief stop over at Thompson’s Falls named after Joseph Thompson who was the first European to walk from Mombasa to Lake Victoria in the early 1880’s.
Proceed to the Lake Nakuru, famous as home to thousands of lesser and greater flamingo although currently they have reduced in number. This park also provides sanctuary for Rothschild giraffe, black and white rhino and the elusive leopard. Arrive in time for lunch at your camp and some leisure time, before later in the afternoon head out for game viewing drive in search of both the black and white rhino, the endangered Rothschild Giraffe (Twiga), the elusive leopard as well as a host of other plains game.
Return for dinner and overnight.
Mbweha Safari Camp (Meals: Breakfast, picnic lunch & dinner)
Enjoy an early breakfast and depart for the Maasai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Arrive for lunch at your camp.
Enjoy afternoon game viewing drive in this vast and expansive reserve teeming with game. Be on the look-out for the famous big five; the most sought after in the early 20th century, when Kenya was a hunters’ paradise. These include the lion, Cape buffalo, the savannah elephant, black rhino and the elusive leopard. The vast savannah grasslands stretch as far as the eye can see is home to impalas, Maasai giraffes, waterbucks, warthogs, Thompson & grant’s gazelles, topis, the resident wildebeests among many others.

Tipilikwani Luxury Mara Camp (Meals: Breakfast, picnic lunch & dinner)
Enjoy breakfast then proceed on a full day of game viewing drives & adventure. Be on the look-out for the big five that Maasai Mara is famous for. These include the lion, savannah (African) elephant, the Cape buffalo, the leopard and the black rhino. We may even be so lucky to witness a leopard or a cheetah sprint and make a kill! We return back to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Set on the banks of the Talek River and overlooking the Mara plains, Tipilikwani Camp has one of the most spectacular views available. Set in the middle of what is considered the greatest wildlife reserve in Africa, Maasai Mara is home to one of the modern wonders of the world; the wildebeest migration as well as home to the Big Five. Enjoy an alfresco breakfast by the Talek River or a cold refreshing drink over a spectacular sunset or experience fine dining by candlelight all overlooked by carefully trained attentive staff. During the day, search for lions, cheetah, elephant, leopard, black rhino, giraffe, zebra, hippo and over 500 resident bird species including larks, sunbirds and the Lilac- Breasted Roller This is the Tipilikwani Experience
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Balloon Safari over the Mara plains followed by a champagne breakfast or visit a traditional Masai Manyatta (off the beaten track) and experiences the culture of this world famous community. The Masai still live as they did for centuries -interact with these nomadic people and experience their way of life as you learn about their customs and traditions.

Amka! Wake up early with coffee/tea and head off on your last trail of the African savannah – hopefully, you’ll see some big game. Return to the Camp for breakfast. Unfortunately, all good experiences must come to an end and sadly you must say Kwaheri to your wonderful Camp Manager and his team as you departs for Nairobi. Lunch is recommended in a town hotel in Nairobi (payable directly). Afterwards you will be dropped off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight.
